Spiral Ear Wax Remover

Let the Revolution begin! It's time to kick cotton swabs to the curb for good with the Cleanse Right At-Home Ear Wax Removal Spiral

Let’s talk about the history of the cotton swab!

A cotton swab is a small, absorbent rod or pad made of cotton that is often used for cleaning purposes. Cotton swabs are commonly used to clean delicate areas such as the inside of the ear (which we are here to talk about today) or around the eyes. They can also be used to apply medication to a small area of the skin.

Cotton swabs are usually made with cotton that has been treated with chemicals to make it more absorbent. The cotton is then attached to a wooden or plastic handle.

Cotton swabs were first introduced in the early 20th century and have become a household staple in many countries. More than 3 billion cotton swabs are used every day in the United States alone.

While cotton swabs are often used for cleaning, they can actually push dirt and earwax further into the ear canal. This can cause irritation or even damage to the delicate skin inside the ear. Cotton swabs should only be used to clean the outer parts of the ear and should never be inserted into the ear canal.

Cotton swabs now have a warning on the label stating “not to be used inside the ear”.

For the entirety of the 20th century, cotton swabs have been the go to at-home ear wax removal product until now.

Clean Yours Ears while Protecting them from Dangerous Cotton Swabs

That previous title reads like a mystery novel from the 20’s but it’s the absolute truth.  We are all using a dangerous product that comes in the form of a simple, soft, innocuous-looking earbud. And the majority of us don’t even know it!

Cotton swabs are meant to be used to remove makeup or nail polish. When using a cotton swab for these purposes, be sure to use a clean one each time to avoid introducing bacteria or other contaminants onto your skin.  But over the years, they’ve found themselves in a precarious situation of taking the mantle of ear wax removers.  That’s why our Cleanse Right team developed our revolutionary ear wax removal spirals.  Using soft silicone spiral tips, they can easily be used by twisting in the ear.  These spirals are used for daily ear wax removal, for blockages, we have our Ear Irrigation Removers.

Ear wax is a substance produced by our bodies to protect the ear from dirt, dust and other potential harmful substances. It also helps to keep the ear canal lubricated, which prevents itchiness and discomfort. While ear wax is generally beneficial, too much of it can cause problems such as blockages in the ear canal. This wonderful ear wax removal device can be used for daily removal of ear wax and can keep large scale ear wax blockages from happening.

Even more important, this device is safe to use for both children and the elderly.  Check it out for sale on our website here.
