Operation
1.Slip on each massager. keeping your feet fiat on the bottom. Note that each is marked Land R for each foot
2.Use the strap to tightly secure your foot into the massager
3.Use the strap to tightly secure your leg into the massager
4.Move your foot to make sure that the massager is securely fastened
5.Insert the two air pressure connections into the controller
6.Press the power button While on the LED will stay on
7.Adjust the air pressure strength and mode by your hand, and can see your operation in LCD screen
